Flights

You must arrive into San Jose International Airport in San Jose, Costa Rica (SJO) on January 22, 2027 by 10:00 am and depart January 29, 2027 after 1:00 pm. Group transportation will be provided for you to the hotel. If you are not arriving in time to be on those transports, we can help you arrange your own taxi to the hotel (at your cost). You may plan to arrive early or depart later from San Jose, at your own expense and arrangement.

Cancellation Policy

A $500 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of registration.

Any cancellation made between June 1, 2026 and October 26, 2026, will result in a loss of 50% of the trip price. 

Any cancellation made between December 26 and the trip departure (January 22) will result in a total loss of funds.

We reserve the right to cancel the trip if it is not meeting the trip minimum (if we do so, your deposit is refunded in full).

Trip cancellation insurance is always recommended whenever making travel plans. You can use our suggested Travel Guard Insurance online and choose from several policy options.
