Prices are per person, not per room. Double & Single occupancy rates shown. Group Cabin is triple occupancy.

If we cannot match you with a roommate, we will switch you to a single occupancy room which you will be required to pay for, however if you sign up early you will most likely get your desired choice.

Flights

You must arrive into San Jose International Airport in San Jose, Costa Rica (SJO) on January 24, 2025 by 10:00 am and depart January 31, 2025 after 1:00 pm. Group transportation will be provided for you to the hotel. If you are not arriving in time to be on those transports, we can help you arrange your own taxi to the hotel (at your cost). You may plan to arrive early or depart later from San Jose, at your own expense and arrangement.

Cancellation Policy

A $500 non refundable deposit is required at the time of registration. Any cancellation will result in a total loss of the $500 USD deposit

Any cancellation made between May 1st, and October 26 2024 will result in a loss of 50% of the trip price.

Any cancellation made between December 26 and the trip departure (January 24) will result in a total loss of funds.

We reserve the right to cancel the trip if it is not meeting the trip minimum (if we do so your deposit is refunded in full). Trip cancellation insurance is always recommended whenever making travel plans. You can use our suggested Travel Guard Insurance online and choose from several policy options.
