The Venue
La Cusinga is a special retreat space where conservation, culture, and conscious living flourish side by side .
Each room has a view of the stunning and vast Pacific Ocean. Whales are often spotted just off the coast, as this area is a special habitat for them.
Every room is an extension of the natural surrounding elements, built with materials from the surrounding land, there is no drywall here! The rooms were built with craft, care and conciousness, Offering a serene space to integrate, ground yourself, and land.
Throughout your stay, you’ll have plenty of opportunities to explore and unwind. Winding, hiking trails just steps from your doorstep lead through the jungle and down to the beach, offering space to move, think, and reconnect with nature.
Or perhaps you’ll indulge in a deep tissue coffee scrub or soothing massage at the on-site spa, a beautiful way to ground into your body and reset your nervous system.

Nourishment at Aracari Restaurant
We are so blessed to have a fabulous restaurant right on site! Aracari Restaurant at La Cusinga offers a dining experience that is as memorable as the retreat itself.
Throughout our week together, you’ll be nourished with vibrant, whole-food meals made from fresh, locally sourced ingredients. The cuisine blends Mediterranean and Latin flavors, creating a menu that feels abundant, balanced, and deeply satisfying.
Costa Rica’s coastal region is known for its incredible seafood, rich soil, and year-round access to fresh organic produce. You’ll taste that in every meal. Fruits like papaya, pineapple, mango, and plantains are often picked at peak ripeness and served simply, just as they are. The flavors speak for themselves when you bite into the sweetest pineapple you’ve ever tasted or sip the most refreshing smoothie.
Each dish is prepared on-site by the beloved chef, Gustavo, who brings both skill and heart into the kitchen. As he says, “In every meal I make, I want to transmit happiness.” And you feel that. The care, the creativity, the intention behind every plate.
For breakfast, you can expect to indulge in fresh tropical fruit, rich Costa Rican coffee, or tea, along with traditional dishes like Gallo Pinto—a local favorite of rice and beans cooked with onion and cilantro, often served with eggs, plantains, and warm tortillas.
Lunch and dinner offer a beautiful variety of thoughtfully prepared meals. From fresh seafood dishes like tuna tataki to vibrant plant-based options such as decadent avocado rolls, there is something for every palate. Whether you eat meat, seafood, or follow a vegan lifestyle, you will feel well cared for and fully nourished.

After lunch, we’ll move through experiential practices that reveal how maintaining a coherent, elevated frequency, especially through authentic joy, becomes the driving force behind embodying your vision.
We’ll close the day in circle, reflecting on the insights and inspirations that have emerged, anchoring them into real, aligned action for your business and your soul.

The morning begins with the Way of the Wise Woman Qigong Flow, created to help you physically merge with your Soul’s divine feminine essence and let Her take the lead in business and life.

Then, to let your intuition flourish, you will undertake a silent vision quest to hear what is underneath the surface. The day begins with a potent Kundalini Yoga practice to balance, strengthen, and fortify you at every level, cultivating the emotional coherence that sustains clarity and purpose in your work.
Throughout the day, you’ll explore mantra and sound practices to open your full-bodied expression. Embodiment exercises, walking meditations, and guided practices. Sacred activation to open your throat chakra and receive clarity on your soul-led business purpose. You will also explore story – learning how to craft it in a way that AI cannot replicate, and so that it resonates with your soul- aligned tribe.
The morning begins by aligning with your highest self, the clear, grounded presence that leads with purpose and integrity. When your energy is balanced and your awareness expanded, your natural power flows with ease and authenticity.
After breakfast, we will take a group excursion to the beautiful Nauyaca Waterfalls: a two-tiered set of falls set in a lush jungle. We will enjoy a cultural shopping experience in Domincal and then return to La Cusings for an intentional cacao ceremony designed to foster greater self-love, deeper embodiment of your intentions, and a stronger resonance with your Soul.
The evening is yours for reflection, integration, or quiet rest under the stars.

We will start the day with soul- nourishing movement, meditation & reflection. Today is all about letting everything land in your body and nervous system. There is plenty of time for you to just relax and be!

I’ve lived many lives: from the structure of the military to the pressure of the corporate world, until one day I realized I was chasing success at the cost of my soul. The loss of my father in 2017 became a wake-up call that reminded me how precious — and short — this life is. Through meditation and Kundalini Yoga, I began transforming from the inside out. My habits changed, my energy shifted, and my external reality began to mirror my inner alignment. For the first time, I felt a deep coherence between who I was and how I was showing up in the world — personally and professionally.
But it was through retreats that I experienced my most profound growth. Stepping away from daily demands gave me space to hear my intuition, reconnect with my purpose, and remember why I was here. Those experiences changed everything — and they’re why I now create transformational retreats and programs for soulful entrepreneurs who are ready to lead with more depth, integrity, and heart.
Today, I blend yogic wisdom, nervous system science, and HeartMath® heart coherence to help visionary leaders and change-makers cultivate clarity, resilience, and authentic power. As a 500-hour Registered Yoga Teacher with over 800 hours of advanced Kundalini Yoga training and certification as a HeartMath® Mentor & Coach, I help others align their energy with their mission — because when you’re coherent inside, your business and life naturally follow suit.
My mission is simple: to create spaces that support transformation from the inside out — where you remember who you are, why you’re here, and how powerful you truly are when your heart leads the way.
I was born with big, bold dreams for myself and the world. I knew I had a mission and vision that was meant to be shared. Today, I confidently guide my clients to live the life of their dreams by letting the sacred lead. But it wasn’t always this way.
For much of my life, I was overcome with anxiety and self-doubt. Even though I knew what I had to say was important, I literally couldn’t open my mouth; my heart would start pounding, and my face would turn bright red. If you’ve had a similar experience, you know how disheartening it feels to be unable to express your gifts. But the message I knew I was meant to share would not let go of me, and I deeply wanted to be of service.
After spinning my wheels in the hyper-masculine do, do, do mode for years, I realized I was no closer to owning my gifts and claiming my mastery than when I started. There was nothing left to do but surrender. And that’s when my intuitive channel fully opened. It was during this potent awakening that The Way of the Wise Woman was downloaded to me. I cannot wait to share this divinely guided process with you and help you confidently share your gifts!
To keep myself grounded and embodied, I’ve been practicing and teaching qigong for 18 years, one of my greatest joys. I was guided to create the Way of the Wise Woman Qigong Flow. With 18 flowing movements, each created to help dissolve the perceived separation between us and our divinity, this flow helps us embody and fully merge with our Wise Woman Within.

What is your cancellation policy?
Any cancellation made between June 1, 2026, and October 26, 2026, will result in a loss of 50% of the trip price. Any cancellation made between December 26 and the trip departure (January 22) will result in a total loss of funds.
We reserve the right to cancel the trip if it is not meeting the trip minimum (if we do so your deposit is refunded in full). Trip cancellation insurance is always recommended whenever making travel plans. You can use our suggested Travel Guard Insurance online and choose from several policy options.
