Kundalini Yoga for Hormonal Balance works on stimulating the glands with certain breathing techniques, mantras. meditations and movements, essential for balancing hormones and restoring the nervous system.

This practice will help you find more balance as you release stress, anxiety, and depression from the body which, in turn, helps in managing the adrenal and cortisol levels and rebalance the system by increasing dopamine and serotonin levels.
