I didn’t find yoga because my life was peaceful and balanced—I found it because I was drowning. Depression was my default setting. Stress and busyness ruled my days. I was trapped in a corporate job I hated, living for weekends that left me more empty than restored.
There was a time when my life felt like an endless cycle of exhaustion and disconnection. I stayed in a job for the paycheck, not the purpose. I sought relief in distractions that numbed me instead of nourished me. My body was tense, my mind restless, and my spirit buried under layers of “shoulds” and survival mode.
Yoga became my turning point. Through intentional movement, nervous system rewiring, and the quiet discipline of calming my mind, I began clearing the energetic clutter that weighed me down. I learned to restore my own system, regulate my emotions, and redirect my energy toward what truly matters.
Today, I live with clarity, vitality, and a deep love for life. Well-being—physical, emotional, and spiritual—is my highest priority and my greatest passion. Challenges no longer feel like roadblocks; they are invitations for growth, evolution, and deeper alignment. This is the transformation I now share with others: the path from survival to wholehearted living.
